As with any distinguished organization such as the Naval Campaigns Club, it is the selfless volunteer time and dedication of staff, which allows members to experience the friendship, camaraderie, and excitement of naval warfare simulation. Below is a listing of those members who provide time and effort into the administration of NCC.

The chief administrative body is the NCC Cabinet, which is the rules making arm of the organization and responsible for day-to-day operations. The Cabinet is supported by other staff members with specialized expertise. Below the listing of the various staff members is a brief look at what the various staff members do on a regular, often daily, basis. One can find the specific duties of the positions within the Club Rules.

It is important to remember that all of the staff members give freely of their time to ensure the membership has the opportunity and environment in which to enjoy the prime reason we are all here _ to learn more about historical naval warfare and have lots of fun in the process!! The staff works diligently to address all matters as expeditiously as possible, but do understand that real-life and more pressing club matters may at times delay an action or response. But ALL issues will be addressed as quickly as possible for the betterment of the organization.

WHAT DO THOSE STAFF PEOPLE ACTUALLY DO?

President
The President first and foremost is the person who handles the routine day-to-day matters facing the club. If the need arises, he represents the club in interactions with other groups. On the rare occasions where it is needed, he works to settle disagreements, always mindful of the spirit and intent of club rules and general philosophy. Finally, he acts in the capacity of chairman in conduct of formal meetings of the Cabinet

Vice President
The Vice President stands for the President in his absence and is responsible for matters related to enlistment, active status and other questions of membership. He also coordinates with the President to handle any matters of significance which may fall outside the purview of the listed Cabinet duties. The Vice President is also second in the line of succession should the President resign or otherwise leave office creating an opening on the body.

Secretary of the Interior
The Secretary of the Interior is the person who collects, processes and maintains the results of all battles and maneuvers, be they normal or within campaigns. This information is then used to track the gameplay, administrative, and service points for all members, as well as tracking of Tours of Duty progress by members. All of this information is then used to update the club web site and provided to senior staff of all navies so they can take care of matters such as commissions, appointments, and promotions. When one considers the number of members and high level of activity within NCC, it is readily obvious this is a major undertaking.

Secretary of State
The Secretary of State has oversight of all matters related to gameplay. This includes things like the conduct of major engagements, review of scenarios for purpose of assigning them the appropriate class, analysis of gameplay issues that arise from time to time within the simulations, addition of new simulations, setting of specifications for scenario design, and finally any issues which might arise from from actual engagements.

Secretary of the Navy
The Secretary of the Navy is responsible for the internal administration of the club. Basically, this means he is there to try and make sure that all of the various arms of the organization work in a cohesive and synchronized manner. This includes coordination with the Webmaster; acting as the coordinator of the NCCCS, the campaign arm of NCC; and he is the designated Cabinet Parliamentarian.

NCC Webmaster

The Webmaster is responsible for the design, maintenance, updating, and administration of both the club web site and Boards. He works to ensure the web site continues to grow with the club and covers the myriad of activities available to members. He also works to make sure that all members have access to the various Boards of their navies, campaigns, or other activities, while also providing means for the Cabinet and Staff to maintain constant internal communications and awareness of ongoing activities and projects.
